2. Guide in terms of section 10 of PAIA

The South African Human Rights Commission has published a guide on how to use PAIA. It is available at sahrc.org.za.

• User accounts and KYC records (retained 5 years)
• Seller compliance records (TOPS registration, VAT, tax clearance)
• Auction bidders' records and vendor's rolls
• Transaction / financial records (retained 5 years per tax legislation)
• FICA reports filed with the Financial Intelligence Centre

4. How to request access

Requests for access to information must be made on the prescribed form and delivered to the Information Officer at the address above. Third-party records will be processed per section 71 of PAIA.
